GROUP REGISTRATION

Group Registration applies to groups of at least 10 runners, regardless the race they wish to take part in.

Following the confirmation of your reservation request and in order to finalize the number of entries, you will fill in a specific excel file, that will be send to you. It is mandatory, to fill in all personal data, required for each member of the group (personal- contact details) and then send back the completed excel file to This email address is being protected from spambots. You are asked to respect and follow the guidelines provided by Organizing Committee, while submitting a group registration for the 2023 Athens Half Marathon event, The Organizing Committee will only accept group registrations submitted through the above mentioned excel file. No other kind of submission or file is accepted.

OFFICIAL REGISTRATION PERIOD & DEADLINES

The Official Registration Period for the 2023 Athens Half Marathon event started on January 24^th.

The final deadline for group registrations is March 1^st. In case the participation limit for group registration is met before the above date, registrations will close automatically.

Please note, that groups who have sent the completed excel file according to the Organizing Committee’s guidelines on February 17^th, at noon, will receive a personalized race bib (their name will be printed on the bib number) for each runner. Such a service is not available for those to register or settle their registration after that date.

PARTICIPATION LIMITS OF EACH RACE

REGISTRATION LEVEL

Runners can register in any of the registration levels below:

Basic Registration Level:

• Race Bib with embedded timing chip 
• Race Magazine (e-format)
• Services during the race (feed zones, medical services, etc)
• Finisher’s medal 
• Participation Certificate with finish time (after the announcement of the Official Race Results)
• Live tracking via our Official "Athens Marathon & Half" App

Advanced Registration Level:

All of the above plus the Official T-shirt of the race

REGISTRATION FEE (per person in group registrations)

Half Marathon, Basic Registartion Level - 15€
Half Marathon, Advanced Registartion Level- 35€
*The age limit to participate in the Half Marathon Race is 18+ years old (born at least in 2005)

OPAP 5km Road Race, Basic Registartion Level- 10€
OPAP 5km Road Race, Advanced Registartion Level- 25€
*The age limit to participate in the 5km Road Race is 12+ years old (born at least in 2011)

HOW TO SETTLE YOUR REGISTRATION FEE

a) By Card (credit, debit or any prepaid card) - Click on the e-payment link in the group registration excel file after you have filled in all required fields

CANCELLATION & CHANGES REQUEST

Change requests to successfully submitted entries (name/personal information changes or road race change) will be satisfied until February, 17^th 2023. All change requests in registered runners (in personal info or road race) from  February 18^th to March 1^st and from March 16^th to March 18^th, can only be satisfied with an additional fee of 5€ / per change. Moreover, any potential difference in the fee resulting from race change will have to be covered as well.

Cancellations are possible strictly up until 17 February 2023.  Make sure you have fully read and understood the event's Cancellation Policy.
