GROUP REGISTRATION

Group Registration applies to groups of at least 10 runners, regardless the race they wish to take part in.

Following the confirmation of your reservation request and in order to finalize the number of entries, you will fill in a specific excel file, that will be send to you. It is mandatory, to fill in all personal data, required for each member of the group (personal- contact details) and then send back the completed excel file to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. .

You are asked to respect and follow the guidelines provided by Organizing Committee, while submitting a group registration for the 2024 Athens Half Marathon event, The Organizing Committee will only accept group registrations submitted through the above mentioned excel file. No other kind of submission or file is accepted.

OFFICIAL REGISTRATION PERIOD & DEADLINES

The final deadline for group registrations is 2 February 2024. In case the participation limit for group registration is met before the above date, registrations will close automatically.

Please note, that groups who have sent the completed excel file according to the Organizing Committee’s guidelines on February 2^th, at noon, will receive a personalized race bib for each runner (their first name will be printed on the bib number). Such a service is not available for those to register or settle their registration after that date.

PARTICIPATION LIMITS OF EACH RACE

REGISTRATION LEVEL

Runners can register in any of the registration levels below:

Basic Registration Level:

• Race Bib with embedded timing chip 
• Race Magazine (e-format)
• Services during the race (feed zones, medical services, etc)
• Finisher’s medal 
• Participation Certificate with finish time (after the announcement of the Official Race Results)
• Live tracking via our Official "Athens Marathon & Half" App

Advanced Registration Level:

All of the above plus the Official T-shirt of the race

*Note that for offline registrations an extra charge of €5.00 per entry is applied.

REGISTRATION FEE (per person in group registrations)

Half Marathon, Basic Registration Level - 25,00€ (SOLD OUT)
Half Marathon, Advanced Registration Level- 35,00€ (SOLD OUT)
*The age limit to participate in the Half Marathon Race is 18+ years old (born in 2006 or older)

OPAP 5km Road Race, Basic Registration Level- 15,00€ (SOLD OUT)
OPAP 5km Road Race, Advanced Registration Level- 25,00€ (SOLD OUT)
*The age limit to participate in the 5km Road Race is 12+ years old (born in 2012 or older)

HOW TO SETTLE YOUR REGISTRATION FEE

CANCELLATION & CHANGES REQUEST

Change requests to successfully submitted entries (name/personal information changes or road race change) will be satisfied until February, 9^th 2024. After this date relevant requests are accepted ONLY at the Runners’ Center & Marathon EXPO and a penalty fee of € 5.00 per change is applied.

Cancellations are possible strictly up until 9 February 2024.  Make sure you have fully read and understood the event's Cancellation Policy.
